Greg Lussier from Cool Today sales was professional, easy going and friendly. He spent time understanding our needs and figuring out how to best rewire our water heater to accommodate moving it to a new location. He provided us with an estimate before he left. Greg returned today with the electricians, Hector & Leo, to review the work to be done. They were pleasant & professional & did a great job of executing the plan. The process of working with Cool Today was smooth, with great reminders & communication throughout. We liked it that the text notices also included photos of the people who would be arriving, so we knew who to expect. Great service all around!

Agbor Tanjong was very knowledgeable in identifying some issues I had in my A/C system and explained it very well. He was through and kept on task till it was done. Cool Today is a good service provider and came out later that day. My first choice had me two. Days out…. Appreciate the quick service.
