We have had Cool Today service agreements for several years and have always been pleased with their responsiveness. One of our new Carrier units installed by Cool Today had a fault code show up on the thermostat. I called in the morning and the tech was there just after noon. Can't ask for better service.

I called this morning for an AC check and got a 4-8p time. At 1.15 a delightful young woman called to ask if it was ok to come at1.45p. She did a very good job, removed shoe covers when necessary. No problems, could not be more pleased with service!
