I had a different company come first. They tried to sell me $2800 in repairs I didn't need based on photos they sent me, some of which I know we're fake. Cool Today Serice Tech checked everything and was very honest. After trying 3 other companies over the past 2 years, I'll call Cool Today next time.

First I would like to say I received a text from William with a photo of him that he was on his way. That was great getting a photo so you know it is the person coming to your house. William was friendly and explained everything I need to know. Also told me option that were available to me. Was very well educated in his field and honest. I would use Cool Today again!

We had a service done today by a technician, Justin C. He's been out twice before and has done excellent work. We request him every time we need something done on our unit. Justin always suggests preventative maintenance to keep the unit running as well as possible which we appreciate. Although we've had other technicians in the past who were good, Jason is excellent. We will always request him to come back to our home. Thank you, Jason!!

We had cool today come out and clean our Air conditioning unit today. They were on time, quick and they also did a review of our system. Although they let us know what improvements we could make, I'm from the old school...if it isn't broke...don't fix it. Thanks for the maintenance though. We do need to keep up with that!
