We've had GREAT experiences with Cool Today, specifically Agbor. He's a thorough, detailed, friendly, and professional technician. He works hard, and we trust his insight. The customer service team is friendly, too. However, we didn't have a good experience with the 24/7 service line. It's not a true "24/7 service." Overall, we recommend Cool Today.

I walked into Home Depot for a ladder and noticed a sign for an HVAC tune up for only $29 and right away I thought to myself that's Cruz a great deal. After scanning the QR code and filing out a quick questionnaire I received a call/ email from Cool Today. The lady scheduled us for an appointment right away. A technician named Cruz showed up and did a fantastic job inspecting, cleaning and explaining everything thoroughly. Overall a great great experience. Two thumbs up!

Gavin from Cool Today came and very quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC. He is very professional, knowledgeable and found a couple of issues within the AC unit that were made during original unit installation. He fixed those issues right away and my AC was back and running within a minutes. Thank you Gavin!!! I am highly recommending "Cool Today" for your HVAC services.
