Had a technician (Roman) to check my water heater and to give me an estimate of replacement, he was honest, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining all the issues and advice the best solutions!

Our AC stopped working on a hot afternoon. We were fortunate to get a same day appointment. Mykola arrived early; diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it. He then went into great detail about the maintenance we could do to prevent this issue from happening in the future. Very pleased.
