He really made sure everything was done right. His attention to detail and pride in his work were super impressive. Thank you Jordan! Jordan, my tech, called prior to his arrival and was even a little early for the appointed time. He was courteous and professional. He did my A/C check and alerted me to an issue that may eventually arise and offered to take care of it immediately. I opted to wait until the next PM in 6 months and he didn’t try to pressure me into doing it today which also impressed me. When he completed the job and left there was no evidence of his visit even though he had to go in my attic. I am very pleased with the service and value provided in the Complete plan that I purchased. I highly recommend
