First time I’ve ever had an a/c company take the time to address issues and truly care to maintenance my system without trying to scam me for unnecessary things. Javian was so knowledgeable and a hard worker. He was respectful and very nice. We will definitely be requesting an annual plan with Javian as our go to tech! Thank you!

The service technician was so polite and respectful. He also knew what was wrong immediately and explained everything to me so that I knew what was going on. He completed his work in a timely manner and went over everything with me. I was very impressed with his work ethic.

I'm a snowbird, and when I arrived at my Florida condo, I smelled something like burning wires and also couldn't get much hot water. When I called Cool Today, they had an electrician here within a few hours--who determined that my hot water heater had shorted out. He disconnected the power, and the next day a plumber installed a new water heater. The cost was much less than I had anticipated and they offered a 6 year warranty on the water heater. I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, prompt service, and excellent value from Cool Today.

I manage several vacation rental properties that were severely impacted by hurricane Helene. Two out of five properties in the same complex had no air conditioning. One of them had a service contract with Cool Today, I called them earlier in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day. The other property that was having an AC issue had a different company, i contacted them and they sent a technician out as well. lThey told me that the whole system needed to be replaced to the tune of about $8000. When Omar came from Cool Today to service the rental property they had the cool Today maintenance contract, i asked him if he would please give me a second opinion. He literally fixed the AC unit for a little over $1000. I’m so grateful to Cool Today and Omar.

Great company very professional!! Easy to make appointment online Had a question after hours and got a call back almost immediately. Tech was very polite and called ahead before arriving on time. I wasn’t home so he stayed in touch with me to let me know what he discovered. Took pictures and I was able to pay over the phone, very efficient. The problem turned out to be simple, a connection only needed to be tightened. Another company had not competently installed my new system and Freon leaked out slowly over the 3 years since it was Installed culminating in today’s visit. My only complaint is the price of Freon ….it’s obviously made in the heavens by the gods who use bits of gold and lovingly bottle it in semi precious jeweled jars then only send it down to earth once in a blue moon in small batches...because it cost me $600 for 4 lbs.
