I have an air handler with heating element but the outside compressor doesn't have a heat pump. The technician was able to correct the wiring in the thermostat to make the hot air circulate in the house during the cold season. Thumbs up for a very good job! thank you very much! We have used Cool Today for two years now and found out about them through a program they have in partnership with The Home Depot. Eliseo was our tech today. He was polite, professional, and enjoyable to chat with as he performed routine maintenance on our HVAC system. At his suggestion, which was clearly presented and backed by the evidence of our need, we had a UV light installed. He called in advance to see if he could arrive almost two hours early, which was an added bonus since it fit right into our schedule. If you are trying to decide who to call, you won’t be disappointed — especially if you go through The Home Depot. And as Braves fans, Cool Today supports our team as the stadium sponsor of their spring training home in North Port.

I'm beyond impressed with the kindness, speed, and professionalism of Adam C.! He came out the day after Helene to get our AC running again, and instead of being mysterious and charging us for a hefty repair, he willingly, openly taught my partner how to correct the problem and prevent it from happening again. And, dear reader, Amazing Adam didn't stop there. Our neighbor saw the Cool Today truck in our drive, and popped over to ask him about her unit that had suddenly stopped working. Adam took the time to walk over, give her a quick diagnosis, jumpstart her unit. The man just exuded kindness and care the entire time, and left our neighborhood better than he found it. Give this man a cape- He's our hero!

I knew I was going to be spending a lot of money and that there were a lot of options out there. I got four estimates with fairly similar equipment and prices ranged from $17,000 to $32,000. I made my decision based on the information I received from Phil, the salesman from Cool Today. Of all the people I spoke with Phil was the most detailed and gave me several options that would work for my house. Phil also found damaged ductwork that no one else did. Once I decided to use Cool Today they installed the new system the next day. The crew showed up and worked all day. The installation looks great and the system is working perfectly. The crew was so nice and left our place very clean. This was truly a great experience.
