Outstanding work, everyone from the gentlemen at Home Depot, to the salesman who came and quoted us, and the technicians who arrived to do the work were consummate professionals. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. I can’t believe what the 2 gentlemen accomplished in about 5 hours. They were attentive, polite and respectful. Cleaning as they went. I highly recommend this company.

We had a diagnostic done on one of our AC units. Donald Davis was awesome. Could not asked for a better technician. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable and Thoughtful. He was very sincere in answering all my questions and concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend Cool Today to anyone and certainly I will be using them in the future.

Dean was on time and knew his way around my HVAC. He did a detail inspection of my 4 ton system. Explained and showed me what needed to be done. Replaced a key component. Completed needed routine maintenance. Fabulous job. He is a true professional and I highly recommend. Price was fair and I joined maintenance plan as it is a true value. Called their number to ask for help with getting the appropriate foam filter for my AC unit but was only met with No's and "I can't help with that". Zero attempt to figure out the request. The phone representative only offered to send a technician out despite me repeating it's just a question about the foam filter. Overall it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had this year. All they had to do was put effort into helping a customer and they wouldn't even try!
