Ben and Mikheil came to my Mom's home today for an assessment. They went above and beyond trying to come up with the issue. They cared enough to talk to her neighbor and park Manager to see where the issue lay. They took their time and didn't rush at all. I recommend these wonderdul men. My Mom (87 yrs old) was happy with their demeanor and truly thankful for them.

AC unit went down at 5PM Friday. Current vendor never returned my phone call. Called Cool Today and had a rep onsite Sunday to spec the system. Delivery team showed up at 8AM Monday. Great product and service. Top Name Brand equipment, not off brand like the cheaper vendors. You get what you pay for and Cool Today is worth it!

His arrival was on time.The technician spoke with clarity as he told me in great detail what he did and the importance of what he did. The young man was polite, professional and easy to understand. Routine service visit was great. Had to reschedule because of a conflict and they were able to reschedule same day in the morning. Tech was great, friendly and quick although my system is only six months old.
