We have been customers of Cool Today since we purchased our home in June 2021. Our HVAC equipment was originally installed in 2015. Cool Today would come out twice a year to inspect and maintain the system. Other than that, we have had to call 2 times for service for repair on the system. Both times Cool Today was absolutely terrific in their response . . . same day and professionally done. At the time of the last repair we learned that a new system would probably be needed within the next year or so since the service life of the existing system was 8-10 years typically. The new systems that would be mandated after January 1, 2025, would be more complex and more expensive than a new system before that date. So, we decided that now would be the best time to get a new system. We received quotes from multiple companies for various scenarios. We chose Cool Today due to our previous experiences with them and also due to the competitiveness of their quote and especially because of the lifetime warranty we would receive on our new system. The installation was scheduled for a Saturday morning and the crew (headed up by Paul Benham) showed up at 8:30 AM and was complete by 1:30 PM . . . and VERY professional and neatly done. We feel that we made an excellent choice by selecting Cool Today!

Your thorough and professional assessment and corrective actions thankfully got us through the cold snap. The customer service rep at the Cool Today call center had us a same day appointment in a matter of moments. We were notified prior to arrival and it was well within the expected time. Billy Kerimi is a consummate professional who not only fixed the problem but explained what was accomplished. The management worked with us in arriving at a more than fair price . I purchased a preventative maintenance program because I was so impressed by everything Cool Today provided and highly recommend them.

During that time, in large part due to the maintenance services provided by Paul Kemp and other techs, our HVAC systems have performed reliably and operated superbly. They provide excellent service; on time and focused on meeting the needs of the customer. They are the best.

Our tech Chris M. was phenomenal!! In a time when good help is hard to find, Chris was thorough and explained the process as he went along. He is a tremendous asset to the Cool Today company. I am certain that we will continue to use their services and I would love to have Chris return as our tech for next year's maintenance!!
