Paid for the maintenance plan…. Informed that after hours service was available and scheduled an appointment. The plumber did not show or call. In addition, not even a callback when the emergency after hours line called. Don’t waste your money with the maintenance plan or this company.

Nick and John from Cool Today came to fix our air conditioner the week of March 17th, 2025 They found our ac was frozen over. They were here for almost 5 hours. They did a great job. Replaced valves, etc. The air is working perfectly. Keeps the house right where we set it. I recommend them highly. Thanks, Cool Today

Things started well when we were notified in advance several times about his coming. He arrived right on time. We loved how he sent his photo with his announcement that he was on the way. He was attentive, instructional, going out of his way to offer support. Friendly guy who volunteered to come back anytime.
