Things started well when we were notified in advance several times about his coming. He arrived right on time. We loved how he sent his photo with his announcement that he was on the way. He was attentive, instructional, going out of his way to offer support. Friendly guy who volunteered to come back anytime. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Chad Kane and Cool Today’s service call.

Got an HVAC maintenance visit through Home Depot. Price was great. Got an appointment right away! Technician gave me great add-on options for our unit. And explained all the other services through Cool Today which we will revisit in June 😊

We started on the wrong foot when the appointment was canceled by CT, assuring us that we did it, which was not true. A technician came, Alec, I believe and he did a thorough and very professional inspection. We'll definitely continue with CToday for our maintenance.

Highly recommend this company. They are quick to get things done and everyone from office staff to technicians are very friendly and helpful. They send you a picture of the technician coming to your house and send a text when they are on their way.

Your Technician is amazing !! He showed up on time and got right to work on our system. Adam Collins is professional and informative !! We have been down here for two years from up NORT Wisconsin, and have been running a portable dehumidifier all summer both years. My wife asked him if this is common down here to run a small portables along with your HVAC system. His answers are never just yes or no, so it took some investigating. He made the adjustments and the humidity dropped from 64% down to 40%. Jean and I have owned our own businesses for decades and know a keeper when we see one. Please let me know if you plan on letting him go. We would be willing to place him on one of our TEAMS.
