We have been using Cool-Plumbing-Energy Today for several years to test our 2 backflow devices in Palmetto, FL. We are snowbirds so we are not there when this needs to be done. This company is so reliable and professional. We know that we can rely on them to do the job within a matter of days. They keep us informed when they're on the way & during the testing. The service rep sends us photos of the testing results, etc. They ticket the backflows and email everything to us. Then they send the report to the county. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them. Great job!

Just had my first scheduled preventative maintenance performed on our new A/C system. The work was done under the Lifetime Warranty we purchased with the system. The technician, Rafael Ramirez, arrived within the first hour of my 4 hour service window (I always appreciate that!), and was very professional and knowledgeable. Of course the six month old system checked out OK. I’ve been nothing but completely satisfied with Cool Today. Yeah I was not ecstatic to purchase a new A/C system six months ago, but if you have to pay $xxxxx thousand dollars, give your money to Cool Today. Worthwhile investment.

Great experience from start to finish. The representative scheduling appointment was professional and courteous. My technician, Chaz, was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. My service call was part of a great maintenance plan offered , and I paid nothing for a four hour upkeep call, after having paid a minimal amount to be on their plan over 2 years ago. I highly recommend.
