Long story short...most things the Technician said were BS! Main thing he said I needed a new Fan Motor since my heat didn't work. That would have been close to $2,000 with tax and labor. I called a local A/C guy while he was here to have him come over. So Mike turned on the A/C and it came on. Wow, why didn't the Cool Today Tech try that??? So, all I need is a heating connection replaced that will be around $200, instead of $2,000! I'm sorry that I contracted with this company as well as having three of my Customers switch over to them! Bummer ir was.

I'm beyond impressed with the kindness, speed, and professionalism of Adam C.! He came out the day after Helene to get our AC running again, and instead of being mysterious and charging us for a hefty repair, he willingly, openly taught my partner how to correct the problem and prevent it from happening again. And, dear reader, Amazing Adam didn't stop there. Our neighbor saw the Cool Today truck in our drive, and popped over to ask him about her unit that had suddenly stopped working. Yesterday Cool Today installed my new Lennox Air Handler. The technicians were very skilled, competent and knowledgeable.
