Yesterday Cool Today installed my new Lennox Air Handler. The technicians were very skilled, competent and knowledgeable. Johnathan didn’t leave until I was perfectly confident that I not only knew how to operate the system but understood all warranties etc. when finished they left my garage cleaner then they found it. From sales to final install, Cool Today was top notch. Scott, Paul, and Fred were all awesome. Very punctual, professional and efficient. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Cool Today far exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent and that is a huge thing. They are now my go-to A/C company and I will certainly call them for plumbing or electrical also. I wish them great success. UPDATE: Been a few years almost and the system is working great. Had another routine maintenance service done today and communication and punctuality was fantastic. Great service as always!

We purchased our unit 2yrs ago and the annual maintenance. Cruz was our technician who serviced our unit this year and he did an amazing job. Thoroughly cleaned everything, and took the time to review all of the services he provided with us. We have been very pleased with Cool Today, and always recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

My air conditioning was working in my home but making a loud noise so I called to see if someone could check it out. The tech looked at the manufacturer date and said we needed a new one without ever assessing it. He said to repair it would be $8,500 and that it would be cheaper to just get a new one. The next day a sales man came and gave us a quote of $16,000 for a new one, this was bare minimum without any extras which they recommended we do extras (duct work, new lines, etc). We ended up calling another company and they gave us a quote of $1k to repair and $11k with extras to replace. The people were at least friendly but I would not recommend this company
