The technician called ahead to let me know his estimated time of arrival. His arrival was on time.The technician spoke with clarity as he told me in great detail what he did and the importance of what he did. The young man was polite, professional and easy to understand. Came home to a hot house! My app didn’t notify me that I had a problem. So I gave Cool Today a call. My best friend uses them and I thought I’d give them a try, since I was definitely in need of service. They responded the next day and came to find they needed to order a motor. It was replaced and now I’m cool again. Everyone I dealt with, from the repair person on the job to the people that I called were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like they wanted to help as soon as they could. I will definitely be using them for my check ups on a regular basis now!
