My technician came well within the 4 hour time period. He worked on unclogging from the clean out to the street. Thought he'd have to send someone else out tomorrow, but tried one more time and was successful. This was done around the heavy rain we were having. Tech (Samuel), arrived right on time. He introduced himself and then set to work. I accompanied him as he worked, and he explained everything he was doing. He made reccomdations for part replacements, as well as for added protection for mildew control within my HVAC unit. (He showed me where the mildew was growing.) He worked efficiently and quickly. When he finished everything was working perfectly. I feel I got great service from an experienced HVAC technician. Cool Today is great at keeping your unit working at maximum efficiency. I highly reccomend them.

Great experience! We called and got a quick response, Scott was excellent, he was very professional and listened carefully. He provided a good quote, helped us use our Home Depot credit and had the job scheduled for the first thing the next morning. The installation crew, Shawn and Carlos were great. Very friendly and did a super job installing and cleaning up, taking away the old equipment. Our home is cool today and we are very happy. Will recommend you to our friends.

They may do quality work, I can only attest to the driver that sped through an “exit only” lane in Tampa today (during Gasperilla traffic) and quickly darted into my lane causing me to have to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting the van. They could do excellent work, but they need to teach their drivers how to drive.
