Great experience! We called and got a quick response, Scott was excellent, he was very professional and listened carefully. He provided a good quote, helped us use our Home Depot credit and had the job scheduled for the first thing the next morning. The installation crew, Shawn and Carlos were great. Very friendly and did a super job installing and cleaning up, taking away the old equipment. Our home is cool today and we are very happy. Will recommend you to our friends.

The technician who attended to repair a plumbing issue was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain different options prior to starting any repairs. Miguel listened patiently as I described the issue and once I was finished, proceeded to show me what needed to be repaired. It isn’t very often where a service technician is as patient and understanding as Miguel was during my call. The repair was completed with efficiency and with a fair cost. Thank you Cool Today for sending Miguel to my call.

Your tech showed up on time and got the toilet working, but I didn't appreciate him trying to sell me a new toilet. The one he just worked on is only a few months old! He made a point to tell me that our renters did not plug the toilet and the reason that we had a problem was because our toilet wasn't powerful enough. He tried to upsell me to a pressure assist toilet like in a public restroom, instead of a gravity toilet like 99% of the toilets in people's houses in America. Other than that they did a good job and the price was reasonable.

Pros: available nearly 24/7, everyone I worked with was friendly. Cons: Not sure how qualified their techs are, at least the ones we had. First visit, the tech leaves after 3 hours, saying he needs to order a part or replace a wire and he'll be back the next day. Next day, a different tech comes out and says I need to replace several parts, and 'that's 100% the issue', not the thermostat or the wire. $600+ and a couple hours later, the tech leaves. An hour after the tech leaves, the thermostat goes blank and the AC turns off. Next day, the same tech comes out and says 'it's your humidistat, I see this a lot, I'm going to unplug it.' So now I have no working humidistat or recommendation to get it working, and I replaced $600 worth of parts I'm not sure I needed to replace.

The Cool Today tech was/is gracious, respectful and knows the technology. I used a coupon so the service cost for the A/C was a real bargain. Appreciated the honesty and customer care. I hope You value your employees too!
