The technician who attended to repair a plumbing issue was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain different options prior to starting any repairs. Miguel listened patiently as I described the issue and once I was finished, proceeded to show me what needed to be repaired. It isn’t very often where a service technician is as patient and understanding as Miguel was during my call. The repair was completed with efficiency and with a fair cost. Thank you Cool Today for sending Miguel to my call.

Adam Collins was our original technician; he expertly diagnosed the issues with our A/C; Sam Rhinehart met with us to discuss full replacement, he was patient and very helpful. Cool Today always tries to upsell you. Makes me suspicious if they "forget" things that should have been done at installation. It's annoying after ten years and spending thousands. Too bad another company isn't capable of servicing my equipment.

Your tech showed up on time and got the toilet working, but I didn't appreciate him trying to sell me a new toilet. The one he just worked on is only a few months old! He made a point to tell me that our renters did not plug the toilet and the reason that we had a problem was because our toilet wasn't powerful enough. He tried to upsell me to a pressure assist toilet like in a public restroom, instead of a gravity toilet like 99% of the toilets in people's houses in America. Other than that they did a good job and the price was reasonable.
