Cool Today exceeded our expectations, each and every employee we came into contact with through our experience treated us with amazing customer service. Adam Collins was our original technician; he expertly diagnosed the issues with our A/C; Sam Rhinehart met with us to discuss full replacement, he was patient and very helpful. Our installers Victor & Tyler worked so hard to make sure all the new equipment was installed, tested and up and running properly. They took the time to explain important details of our new system & got us cooling in no time. The entire team worked efficiently and quickly to assist us. Thank you from the Dobransky Family!

I only trust this company for my electric and plumbing needs. From the easy online quick scheduling to the text with photo of who is exactly will be knocking on my door. Every service I’ve had over the years has been absolute professionalism with high level technicians who dress in company uniform and behave accordingly-always. You get what you pay for, this company is more expensive than others, however well worth the peace of mind they bring.

The blower fan in my A/C died and I have needed a u/v light for some time. I usually use smaller local companies but everyone is so overwhelmed after these hurricanes. I decided to give Cool Today a try. I called and spoke with a pleasant person in the office. Chris M came out the same evening. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and get the repair done as soon as the part came in. I got text messages and calls notifying when the part was in and he was on the way. I am very pleased with the service and the pricing was fair. I will continue using this company. Thank you for your help.
