Dean was great. He called ahead of time. Very friendly and professional. He inquired if I had any issues or questions. He plugged in my master board on second system - it was a little loose. Best of all, he was honest and not pushy to sell me anything!

Cool Today's service has really gone downhill recently. We have used them for over a decade but recently they have failed to follow through. We recently had them do their annual maintenance on our equipment; two days later the coils go bad and no cool. Despite my concern about why they didn't catch this during the maintenance, I agreed to the repair estimate. Three days later and they still haven't got the repair complete. Cool today - more like cool when we get around to it

The service man was very professional and kind. To my knowledge all went fine. I know nothing about what they do, so I have to trust them. I’m a senior. I was overcharged $10 but understand it will be refunded to my account. I had an additional coupon from Home Depot for the $10. And the serviceman didn’t take it off. I was pleased with the service, it didn’t take long, so I’m assuming he did everything.
