We have spent a tremendous amount of money with your company. We have been giving different instructions on one project regarding the Halo water purifying system. I still don't understand what I should be doing., You put in a new generator and was told by Brian that the generator would provide enough energy for the entire house for two weeks. The first storm we had just three days of energy. We had only the refrigerator and a few lights on. Needless to say I have been very disappointed in the generator situation as well as the Halo. We continue to use your organization because of the annual inspections program. This is against my better judgements. Thank you for your time.

We had cool Today (electrical) out to install surge protectors in our panel and ACs. During a visit from a friend, he highly recommended we get a second look at the panel. We did and the electrician stated it was wired completely wrong and was dangerous as wired. We called cool today several times and the “manager” is always supposed to call and never has. Today, they sent a sr technician to our house who confirmed it was not installed correctly and this same “manager” was going to call us at 3pm- never called. So they screw up, make me wait over a month to confirm they screwed up, and then continue to completely blow me off. I was patient but making me wait for any type of response is disrespectful. So before I report this further, just warning the next person.

Excellent service! We found Cool Today through Home Depot and we are so glad we did! We have a new home and we were surprised to see so much construction debris impacting our system. The technician was positive, professional amd thorough. He took the time to educate us where needed. We are thrilled and will use them again for next year's maintenance. Highly recommend Cool Today!
