I have been totally satisfied and very pleased with my experience with cool today. The salesman that came out was knowledgeable and efficient. He gave us a quote and followed up in a timely manner. The installers were both very knowledgeable and very nice. They had the job done in no time and did a great job cleaning up.

Our hot water heater quit heating this AM. We did not discover it until around noon. We called Cool Today and a nice technician came over at 2. He diagnosed it as unrepairable and went back and had it replaced for our baths tonight. I was so afraid that we would have to wait until tomorrow (it was forecast to be near freezing tonight). My sister came over to visit today. She stays in a motorhome in central Florida and was looking forward to a nice, warm bath in a REAL BATHROOM. Cool Today made that happen. Thank you. Im sure he worked overtime to finish the installation.
