Sam from Cool Today installed the final UV light that our A/C system was missing today, so that mold and mildew is eliminated completely. He was thorough, professional and courteous. Things started well when we were notified in advance several times about his coming. He arrived right on time. We loved how he sent his photo with his announcement that he was on the way. He was attentive, instructional, going out of his way to offer support. Friendly guy who volunteered to come back anytime. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Chad Kane and Cool Today’s service call.

Adam Collins was our original technician; he expertly diagnosed the issues with our A/C; Sam Rhinehart met with us to discuss full replacement, he was patient and very helpful. We had cool today come out and clean our Air conditioning unit today. They were on time, quick and they also did a review of our system. Although they let us know what improvements we could make, I'm from the old school...if it isn't broke...don't fix it. Thanks for the maintenance though. We do need to keep up with that!
