We had a service contract with another company, but our water heater broke 12/26 and they did not answer their 24/7 emergency line. Our neighbor recommended Cool Today and they came within 3 hours. Our technician, Ken, was exceedingly knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

This was the second air conditioning company I had to check out my unit. The first company was here for less than 5 minutes and concluded that I needed a new unit ... He did not even look at the unit, when he heard the noise, the reason I called for service he automatically said your unit is crying for help. Time to replace it. I decided to get another opinion and friends had recommended Cool Today. Turns out the noise was coming from my POOL pump NOT the air conditioner. I am so grateful to have found an honest technician from reputable company that assured me my unit was working fine. Thanks so much !!!

We had our service check today by Ali Almusawi from Cool Today. Best technician we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in Florida for 40+ years, and have had multiple homes and air conditioners serviced and replaced through the years; however, we’ve never had such a polite, thorough and professional inspection/service performed as we had today. Cool Today needs to recognize this individual for his work ethic, and ensure he is well compensated so he doesn’t leave. We will totally request Ali for all our future services.

I love Cool Today for the maintenance they provide on my air conditioning unit. They call reliably every 6 months to set up the appointment. And Cool Today is accommodating to my work schedule so I appreciate that. Work was done well with little to no mess anywhere. Would recommend this company highly.
