When I called Cool Today for an estimate on a new system, they came in $1,000 under my other bids, and most importantly, they were able to install the next morning. Other companies were not able to install for 7-10 days, and in 90+ Florida heat that was not good and possibly dangerous to my health. Cool Today came in at 8am as promised, and finished up in a few hours. The technician was polite, courteous, informative and cleaned up afterward. I am extremely pleased with the service.

From sales to final install, Cool Today was top notch. Scott, Paul, and Fred were all awesome. Very punctual, professional and efficient. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Cool Today far exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent and that is a huge thing. They are now my go-to A/C company and I will certainly call them for plumbing or electrical also. I wish them great success. UPDATE: Been a few years almost and the system is working great. Had another routine maintenance service done today and communication and punctuality was fantastic. Great service as always!

Very easy to deal with. Sales tech was courteous, on time and explained the unit and the financing options. Efficient installers arrived on time the next morning and completed the installation within 24 hrs of first contact.

I had an issue with the Ceiling mounted light in my hallway. Chris Berg from electric today came and resolved my issue. The service was timely and Chris was professional, tidy, and very courteous. I highly recommend him for any job. You are fortunate to have such an employee working for you.
