The experience with Cool Today was 5-star. Phil who came out for the estimate to replace the AC was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We felt comfortable with the estimate and the guarantee of no additional charges. This was complete replacement that entailed removing a pancake air handler unit in a tight attic space and moving it to an adjacent linen closet requiring rerouting of some of the ducting. I had an estimate before he left the property. The installer was David along with another worker. They were able to work through some challenges removing the old air handler to get to the wiring and piping. They arrived at 8:30 AM and were done around 3:30 PM. They were professional and courteous and left the property clean when they left. These guys are pros and it shows. The new unit is working great.

I am extremely happy that I chose Cool Today. They responded to my request for a service call within minutes and a Service Technician was at my home very shortly thereafter. He was very professional and did a thorough job of evaluating everything and finding the problem. He then showed me what was wrong, explaining everything in precise detail. I was very impressed with the fact that he spent the time to do this and didn't begin to start a sales pitch. This showed me that this company has integrity as do their employees.
