Switched to Cool Today over 5 years ago when I needed a new HVAC unit. They offered reputable units with multiple options to suit my needs. Customer service has been exceptional either calling the office or the great staff who comes to do the regular servicing to the unit. They take the time to explain their recommendations or the items needing repairs or replacements with no pressure. Just an awesome business all around.

He took the time to explain the dynamics of what we had and gave us several recommendations VERY refreshing to find integrity in this day and age. Things started well when we were notified in advance several times about his coming. He arrived right on time. We loved how he sent his photo with his announcement that he was on the way. He was attentive, instructional, going out of his way to offer support. Friendly guy who volunteered to come back anytime.
