The young serviceman who checked out my system took his time and did a very thorough job. I got a written form describing all their recommendations and those items that require attention. At no time did I feel like I was being coerced or expected to buy their services. No hard sale tactics. Consequently I may very well consider them as an alternative next time l require service. My technician Joseph St. John was terrific. This was a routine maintenance visit for my A/C system. He was thorough and explained clearly what was done and what to watch for going forward. He also made a point to address some minor adjustments to improve performance. This is my fourth year using Cool Today's services and I am glad to continue using them. Joe is a great representative of the company!
