Ngoc Nguyen (technician who visited me today) is an excellent representative for a company . He was courteous and polite and knew his trade. Per an email I got from Cool Today, I was told he would be here at Noon to 4pm but he showed up at 10am. Not the right time for me and not his fault, Cool Today gave him incorrect instructions.

We have been customers of Cool Today since we purchased our home in June 2021. Our HVAC equipment was originally installed in 2015. Cool Today would come out twice a year to inspect and maintain the system. Other than that, we have had to call 2 times for service for repair on the system. Both times Cool Today was absolutely terrific in their response . . . same day and professionally done. At the time of the last repair we learned that a new system would probably be needed within the next year or so since the service life of the existing system was 8-10 years typically. The new systems that would be mandated after January 1, 2025, would be more complex and more expensive than a new system before that date. So, we decided that now would be the best time to get a new system. We received quotes from multiple companies for various scenarios. We chose Cool Today due to our previous experiences with them and also due to the competitiveness of their quote and especially because of the lifetime warranty we would receive on our new system. The installation was scheduled for a Saturday morning and the crew (headed up by Paul Benham) showed up at 8:30 AM and was complete by 1:30 PM . . . and VERY professional and neatly done. We feel that we made an excellent choice by selecting Cool Today!

Ken Planz from the Cool Today plumbing team did a great job to repair a complicated toilet connection problem in our old pipe system. He was competent and thorough, explained all the issues and completed the job in a timely fashion. We are very satisfied with his service.
