Had a leak under my sink. A service technician was available within 24 hours and was very punctual. He arrived at a time accommodating my morning schedule. The problem was nominal, involving a few twists of a screw to tighten part. There was no charge. This is one of many timely and first visit problem resolution we have experienced since doing business with cool today 2 years ago. Thanks so much!

Great service! Adam was a great tech and explained everything thoroughly. My only challenge was the appointment process on the website. I did not receive a confirmation the appointment was set until the next day when I got a text stating he was on the way. Other than that, great service and signed up for their maintenance program.

we have been customers of Cool Today for about 23 years, and they still surprise us with exceptional service. today a new tech came to service our unit and could not have been any better! I feel confident that they will take care of things. These days it's rare.

Francisco did a very thorough job. Very pleasant technician. I do not agree with cutting my labor warranty period in half that the manufacturer allows just because you didn't install it originally. Seems like a money grab.

Just had my first scheduled preventative maintenance performed on our new A/C system. The work was done under the Lifetime Warranty we purchased with the system. The technician, Rafael Ramirez, arrived within the first hour of my 4 hour service window (I always appreciate that!), and was very professional and knowledgeable. Of course the six month old system checked out OK. I’ve been nothing but completely satisfied with Cool Today. Yeah I was not ecstatic to purchase a new A/C system six months ago, but if you have to pay $xxxxx thousand dollars, give your money to Cool Today. Worthwhile investment.
