Serviceman "Sam" was super knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and assessment and provided quality recommendations. My issue, 4 vs 5 stars, is with the time window for service. I was booked for 8 to noon. At 11:45am I still hadn't received a heads-up time so I sent a text to the scheduler. I got a call from Sam shortly after noon when he was only a couple minutes away.
