Serviceman "Sam" was super knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and assessment and provided quality recommendations. My issue, 4 vs 5 stars, is with the time window for service. I was booked for 8 to noon. At 11:45am I still hadn't received a heads-up time so I sent a text to the scheduler. I got a call from Sam shortly after noon when he was only a couple minutes away. An update on the expected arrival time would be nice. ---Pr. Sonny Bezdek

I highly recommend Cool Today. We signed up for their twice yearly maintenance plan. They came out today and spent two hours checking out our equipment and making sure everything was working well. I thought for sure they would find something that would need replacing, but we passed with flying colors. Very unusual to find a company that is so honest.

Had my drain stopped up and they sent out a tech, 3 days later it stopped up again. This time they sent out a different tech, Ruben. He had the knowledge of what had to be done, and letting me know what would fix it. No rush to get out of here, just get the job done right. Like night and day from my first experience. Thanks Ruben! Our Technician Nick was on time, We found him to be very honest and he diagnosed the problem right away. The price was very reasonable also. It was our first time using Cool Today and we would highly recommend them.
