Had Greg Lussier come out to give us a quote for a generator. He was prompt and professional and provided many options for possibilities even not going the full generator route. Highly recommend. Nice to be told other options than just the most costly.

Cool Today installed a new AC system for us recently. Chris in sales is very knowledgeble and helpful he responded to several questions after initial visit. Paul, who led the installation with another technician was super skilled. We appreciated the automated text system to track their arrival time, with photo, and the covering they put all through our house and up the stairs to protect flooring. Paul also crawled in our attic to repair a crack in the discharge pipe! Overall Cool Today made us feel confident about our purchase. One star deducted for pretentious (and annoying) post-purchase rating request texts and emails faking the company president's name. Otherwise, five stars.

Ronnie, our technician, was absolutely brilliant. He diagnosed the issue within seconds — it turned out to be the only thing we hadn’t already tried troubleshooting. Beyond fixing the immediate problem, he also took the time to check for any other potential issues, and thankfully everything else was in great shape. Ronnie was polite, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. This was our first time using this company, and thanks to him, we’ll definitely be calling them again.
