They disassembled our old system and removed it - and then they cleaned the area before installing the new AC. Fast and completely professional would describe the whole operation. John from Cool Today was here to perform our AC Maintenance. I have to say what a fantastic job he did. Spent quite a bit of time looking over things and performing various tests on our system. John was extremely knowledgeable and professional and also explained the types of maintenance that was performed. I would highly recommend Cool Today for all of your maintenance needs.

Determined condensate line was blocked. Cleared line. Probably 15 minutes of work plus travel. In future condo meet will clear line for FREE. Cool Today has done good deals such as a maintenance contract but this simple fix and amount of time was far less time consuming than the 2 annual PM inspections which are at a lower cost in total for two annually. With this service call problem fixed but at seemingly way high charge. Service quality is high - cost extreme

I was in need of a routine 6-month air conditioner maintenance, to avoid costly repairs in the future, and I contacted COOL TODAY... and they were cool! Also, Tecnician Francisco Gonzalez was cool, too! I called in the morning, ordered a TUNE-UP, and Francisco was at our condo by that afternoon! Cool! Francisco was poltite, knowledgeable, worked methodically and thoroughly, checking everything and answering my many questions with a friendly demeanor. When finished, Francisco presented us with a HOME HEALTH REPORT CARD, detailing all aspects of our A/C... really cool!

Cool today was on the job Thursday, replacing our air conditioning system the day after we spoke to their sales representative, Chris. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Team of three arrived and worked hard to get our old system out. They installed our new Lenox system, and then cleaned up afterwards. The team lead by Carlos Rodriguez, was knowledgeable, respectful of our questions, and very conscientious. We are so grateful to have our new air conditioning up and running. It is definitely an improvement in quietness and efficiency. Our guest room is no longer the stuffy, and the entire house is evenly cool and quiet. Thank you Cool Today for taking care of our home.
