Upset with new changes in commercial department. Now when you call it’s general call center customer service not specific to commercial and new people answering calls are not experienced enough to handle calls and ask a million questions! Please take care of your commercial customers and bring back direct call commercial department I love Lonnie and Nicole and want them back ! . They are familiar with our accounts and make it easier when you have multiple buildings.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service with Heart and Integrity We had an incredibly positive experience with Cool Today Park Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical from start to finish. When our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a Saturday, they had someone at our home within two hours of calling — and we weren’t even charged for an emergency visit, which was a pleasant surprise. He returned and installed it the same day, just to make sure we could be comfortable again. That level of dedication and compassion speaks volumes about his character. He also shared information about their loyalty program, which gives you 20% off services and biannual maintenance visits — all at a very reasonable price. With service like this and a program that adds real value, I won’t even consider another company in the future. Thanks again to Anthony and the entire Cool Today Park team. Jason was on time, very informative of what he was planning on doing In-N-Out in no time. Very respectful and offered alternative solutions for others issues that I had in the home. I would definitely call and use him again.

Jonathan and his team arrived as scheduled and explained the project in detail so there were no surprises. The day was extremely hot and the crew pushed through by staying hydrated. A few minor adjustments were met with complete adoption. After the install there was a walk through showing all the work done including maintenance tips. I would recommend this company to any of my friends and family!
