I had Chase from Cool Today out yesterday for an A/C tune up. He was awesome. He was so thorough and went above and beyond on the work he did. So polite and went over everything and answered any questions I had . A true professional left me feeling fully informed on any info I needed. From start to finish making the apt and communication from the company and arrived as scheduled was a great experience. I highly recommend Cool Today for any needs you have. I know I will be using them for any future needs.

Joe Zagorski was the technician who assisted us tonight. He was very professional, kind, polite and super talented. We recommend him 100% for sure. His knowledge was accurate in detecting what was wrong with our AC and he fixed it quickly. We also really appreciate his help because even the bad rainy weather did not prevent him from completing his job so we could enjoy an efficient AC again.Thank you so much. We appreciate your job.

I went on the monthly service with cool today as they shared they would send out the various technicians for electrical plumbing and HVAC throughout the service. Each time they came out to do their "complementary "inspection, the technicians always pushed for a specific service with an exorbitant cost. I've come to find out that all of the technicians at cool today are Commissioned based. So, the more they can sell you the more money they make. I've realized that $450 to change out an outlet might be a little steep and now I know why.. I recently had a very similar experience with my HVAC system. Though I am on their monthly service plan, they want to charge me $250 to replace a $20 part that takes five minutes to replace. It sure does make it challenging to trust a company who pushes their employees to sell as much as they can and they can make money off of us that way. Not such And ethical business model

Cool Today is my partner in keeping my house functioning in top shape. They have replaced our AC, hot water heater, electric panel, and maintain our AC and plumbing when we need them.

Very Nice people in the office and in the field. They actually came a day earlier, which worked out fine for me. I had a backflow inspection done, which is needed every year and they were very accommodating to have it done in time.
