Wilfrid was very nice. He changed the supplied filter and cleaned my grate. He checked the capacitor and said it is still good he washed my condenser coils. Was very disappointed that he didn’t check the most important part of the AC. He didn’t check my Freon level. He never took out the guages to check. I don’t know if it was because I got the Home Depot special pricing. The list of things to check on the supplied paperwork is checking the level of Freon.

He provided a good quote, helped us use our Home Depot credit and had the job scheduled for the first thing the next morning. The installation crew, Shawn and Carlos were great.
