We’ve been loyal Cool Today members for years because we truly trust their honesty and hard work. Yesterday's maintenance service was a perfect example of why. Our technician, Ronnie, was fantastic. I was notified exactly when he would arrive, and he was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the visit. He went above and beyond by giving us some great tips about our airflow regarding some extra filters in our return vents. He even found and replaced a switch in the bottom of our HVAC unit that we didn't even know existed! We really appreciate the thorough, trustworthy service. Thanks, Ronnie!

We've used Cool Today for about 6 years and always have excellent service. Last week, at our routine A/C maintenance appointment, the drainage was not properly functioning. Juan (technician) worked for about 3 hours to solve the issue, including calling his supervisor for ideas. We thought it was corrected, but, unfortunately, less than an hour after his departure, our A/C shut off again, which was about 6pm. I called to notify Cool Today, and a technician was at our house within about an hour. Mykola worked until the issue was solved, including waiting for about 30+ minutes to ensure that the A/C did not shut off. Thank you, Juan and Mykola!
