We’ve been loyal Cool Today members for years because we truly trust their honesty and hard work. Yesterday's maintenance service was a perfect example of why. Our technician, Ronnie, was fantastic. I was notified exactly when he would arrive, and he was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the visit. He went above and beyond by giving us some great tips about our airflow regarding some extra filters in our return vents. He even found and replaced a switch in the bottom of our HVAC unit that we didn't even know existed! We really appreciate the thorough, trustworthy service. Thanks, Ronnie!

After a year + now I fully trust and enjoy Cool Today. This was my 2nd semi-annual inspection. The tech Nate was polite, friendly, professional. When they come in to ask questions or explain something they put on booties.. a small thing but a great example I think. There's never any charge- as they promise when you sign up for a maintenance plan but how many times have you had a maintenance plan and still be asked for some kind of nominal additional charge.. never (so far) with Cool Today. So happy I went with them.
