Update: Cool Today has done an excellent job fixing these issues. They have been diligent and earnest in their efforts. Because of their genuine concern and effectiveness correcting the issues, I am changing my review rating to 5 stars. Well done Cool Today! We've had a code 22 on and off since the install November 2024. Raphael Ramirez, a service technician, came today to do a maintenance check. He got a code 22 just like we have been getting since the install. Raphael said a code 22 must be corrected, since it's an error code there is something wrong. I told him I've called in several times to get it fixed but to avail. Also, the hurricane pad cracked shortly after install and the rear inside unit has had a cracked hinge since the install. Still waiting to get everything fixed after a year! How much longer must I wait??

They installed a completely new system with duo zones into my home and it is the best air conditioner I have ever had in my life and the customer service has far exceeded any other customer service I’ve ever used.
