Been using Cool Today for 3 years and very impressed with services but Adam H went above and beyond today during a maintenance appointment for my AC. Very friendly, explained everything and left the system better than when he arrived. When he had a repair recommendation he offered several options dependent on price and was very transparent and not pushy. Dean Nguyen called to tell me he had an opening earlier in the day. He arrived exactly when he said he would come and spent some time really looking at our two air-conditioning systems to make sure that they were running properly. He changed the filters and also unclogged a blockage we had in one discharge pipe because the water had been backing up. He gave me a lot of good advice on how to maintain the air conditioning units and made the whole experience a pleasant one. And it was all preventative maintenance so it did not cost a cent today. Below is the chunk lodged in the discharge pipe.

Cool Today came same day that I was having an issue with AC. Sent out also the same day a sales guy to give me a quote on a new system so I had all my options. Both the crew that came out and the sales guy were fantastic. They all were courteous, informative and very willing to answer questions. They worked with me on price which was appreciated and the work was completed quickly!
