Dean Nguyen called to tell me he had an opening earlier in the day. He arrived exactly when he said he would come and spent some time really looking at our two air-conditioning systems to make sure that they were running properly. He changed the filters and also unclogged a blockage we had in one discharge pipe because the water had been backing up. He gave me a lot of good advice on how to maintain the air conditioning units and made the whole experience a pleasant one. And it was all preventative maintenance so it did not cost a cent today. Below is the chunk lodged in the discharge pipe.

Very professional. Miguel was our plumber and he addressed all our needs. No more leaks. The toilet flange had broken and I expected a high price to repair. Plumbers are not cheap, but this was well within my expected range of costs. I will use their services again when I need a repair.

Victor and Pedro arrived at 8:00 am and replaced my ac system with a new 2-stage Carrier unit. They were polite, worked hard all day long and cleaned up the area well. When questions arose about details of the job they were excellent in working out the issues and satisfying my concerns. I really enjoyed working with both Victoria and Pedro, and Cool Today staff. Very impressed.
