From the first contact to insulation, I have been neyond pleased. The salesman Rob was excellent. Very thorough and professional. Answered every question and gave us answers to questions I didn’t know to ask. I’ll be honest, I had other quotes, and they were all pretty close but when he asked about any veterans in my family as I would get a discount, I cried. Your company and its employees are amazing. I asked for his boss’s number and as soon as he finished up the sale, I called his boss and told them how pleased I was. One day later, today, was the installation! One thing I like is the texting with a link to follow your worker. And they also called. I had Paul and Fred. Cordial, polite, explained everything. I was super Impressed! It feels so cool.in my home today! Thanks to Cool Today!!!

Excellent experience today. Our tech Samuel was very friendly, polite, professional, and resolved our AC issue right away. Our system is almost 10 years old so the capacitor needed replacing. He explained everything, offered some options, and fixed the issue right away. We will definitely use them for the ac replacement when we are ready to get that done. Thanks! David G
