A/C unit was over cooling. The tech, Rodolpho, determined it was a thermostat problem. I chose to purchase and install one myself. Then I paid the cost for the evaluation which I knew prior to the appointment.

Our motion sensing kitchen faucet died and I called Cool Today as a first time customer. They responded in about 4 hrs. Problem resolved and I was so impressed I had them flush my hot water heater.
