A/C unit was over cooling. The tech, Rodolpho, determined it was a thermostat problem. I chose to purchase and install one myself. Then I paid the cost for the evaluation which I knew prior to the appointment.

Our 14yr old unit was in rough condition and after getting a few different quotes to have it fixed we decided getting a new unit would be a better investment. From the moment we made the appointment for a quote up until it was installed we were treated with absolute respect and kindness. Mitchell Blasko was our comfort advisor and was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He answered every question we had while at our home and continued to answer questions well through out the day over the phone. Cool Today was able to be at our home the very next day where Tyler and Paul Installed a brand new 4 ton 18seers Carrier unit in under 4 hrs. They also were very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel like we made a great decision going with Cool Today and feel confident that if issues arise they will be by our side to help.

I really want to take the time and say thanks not only to my service technician who did a fantastic job on the servicing with my York System both outside and inside total system gone over. My tune up on my 3 year old system involved alot more than I thought and I was informed on every last detail. I will definitely continue my business with you and your company again when ever needing service and my yearly inspections. I really keep up on my maintenance and am a firm believer on changing my filters every 30 to 45 days on keeping up my investment.In closing you can be proud of your Company Name that you worked hard on making a great Name for yourself.
