Called their number to ask for help with getting the appropriate foam filter for my AC unit but was only met with No's and "I can't help with that". Zero attempt to figure out the request. The phone representative only offered to send a technician out despite me repeating it's just a question about the foam filter. Overall it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had this year. All they had to do was put effort into helping a customer and they wouldn't even try!

Called Cool Today on a Saturday with a major plumbing issue at a friends house that is ill and I help take care of. They were at my friends home within two hours! William (Bill) was the plumber they sent. HE WAS TERRIFIC! Not only was Bill super kind and thoughtful; but he was skilled and knew exactly what the issue was and resolved everything efficiently. We live in a 3 story townhome with zoned heating and cooling. We were experiencing uneven cooling particularly on our first floor. We also were experiencing a 100% increase in our FP&L bills for the past several months. I scheduled an appointment with Cool Today (our regular AC/Electrical/Plumbing provider) and they sent an EXCELLENT AC Technician (Ahmed) that same day. Ahmed diagnosed the problem - a faulty damper operating for our first floor and low Freon in our compressor. He came back the next day as promised and replaced both problem parts. Ahmed took us through his meticulous documentation of his before and after repair and demonstrated how the fix was in and working properly. The best repair work I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Cool Today and Ahmed in particular. Well done!
