The Cool Today technician was here yesterday to inspect and clean our A/C unit. He was on time, was very professional and thorough. He explained what he found and recommended a solution to solve a mold problem that was starting to show in our unit . He did a very professional job with the installation of the equipment and cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend Cool Today if you are looking to change companies or new to the area and need an A/C company.

The technician called ahead to let me know his estimated time of arrival. His arrival was on time.The technician spoke with clarity as he told me in great detail what he did and the importance of what he did. The young man was polite, professional and easy to understand. I will always recommend Cool Today to others.

Great service! Roman was prompt and efficient. He had all of the parts he needed in his truck even though the appointment was just scheduled yesterday. He replaced my water heater and expansion tank. My water heater doesn’t need a pan because of its location and I completely forgot to ask him about it. He suggested the pan so things around it won’t get ruined. I was so glad he brought it up. He changed my water filters and the tanks did not break as they have in the past. He showed me the filters and recommended changing them more often. I will definitely do this. He was very polite and explained things thoroughly. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

The first time we called to book an appointment over the phone the technician was prompt courteous and very professional. Called us thirty minutes before, the whole nine yards… So much so that we signed up for their whole home maintenance plan, five stars… no questions right? Well today I lowered my rating one star because I booked a maintenance appointment from their email about an electrical issue we had. 9-12 show up time… I waited until the last 30 minutes with no phone call… so I called in the operator told me sorry they were in a team meeting all morning and are just getting out. They have one other appointment before you. Might be an hour or two. Needless to say I was disappointed that nobody called to tell me any of this as I could have been doing errands or actual work. If they nines they had a team meeting they should have called the day before and notified all am appointments. But now I might have someone show up in the next three hour window…. If they don’t trust me I’ll update this review to a whole new star level. What’s the expression… not mad just disappointed with the lack of communication for their “valued clients”
