I have an air handler with heating element but the outside compressor doesn't have a heat pump. The technician was able to correct the wiring in the thermostat to make the hot air circulate in the house during the cold season. Thumbs up for a very good job! thank you very much! Your Technician is amazing !! He showed up on time and got right to work on our system. Adam Collins is professional and informative !! We have been down here for two years from up NORT Wisconsin, and have been running a portable dehumidifier all summer both years. My wife asked him if this is common down here to run a small portables along with your HVAC system. His answers are never just yes or no, so it took some investigating. He made the adjustments and the humidity dropped from 64% down to 40%. Jean and I have owned our own businesses for decades and know a keeper when we see one. Please let me know if you plan on letting him go. We would be willing to place him on one of our TEAMS.

Chris Pego was an absolute professional. Cool Today did such an awesome job fixing my electrical issues, I got a whole house contract with them. 3 years later, they still wow me. Chris inspected my plumbing while still giving loving attention to my pack of dogs (they love him to death) He took pictures of everything and gave me maintenence tips, can't wait to see him on my next maintenance trip.
